1) Role of Styliiiish
Styliiiish operates as a marketplace intermediary, not the original owner of user-listed dresses.
Styliiiish is responsible for:
- Providing the online platform for listings
- Processing customer payments
- Coordinating order confirmation and delivery
- Facilitating communication and support
The individual seller remains the owner of the listed dress until it is sold.
2) Seller Eligibility & Account Registration
To sell on Styliiiish Marketplace, users must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old
Styliiiish reserves the right to suspend or remove seller accounts that violate platform rules or policies.
3) Listing a Dress
When listing a dress, sellers must:
- Provide accurate product titles and descriptions
- Clearly state the condition of the dress (New / Used / Very Good – Used)
- Upload clear and honest photos of the actual item
- Select correct attributes such as size, color, and weight
Misleading or inaccurate listings may be removed without notice.
4) Pricing & Marketplace Fees
Sellers set their desired net price for their dress.
Styliiiish applies a 50% marketplace service fee, which covers:
- Platform operation
- Marketing and promotion
- Payment processing
- Pickup and delivery coordination
As a result, the final price displayed to buyers is higher than the seller’s net price.
5) Payments to Sellers
Once a listed dress is sold:
- Styliiiish confirms the order
- Arranges pickup and delivery
- Processes payment collection from the buyer
Seller payouts are processed after successful delivery, according to Styliiiish payout schedules and verification procedures.
6) Shipping & Delivery
Styliiiish coordinates pickup and delivery for Marketplace orders through trusted courier partners.
Sellers must:
- Hand over the dress in the agreed condition
- Ensure the item matches the listing description
Failure to comply may result in order cancellation or penalties.
7) Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Marketplace orders are subject to Styliiiish’s Refund & Return Policy.
Styliiiish may:
- Request item inspection
- Coordinate returns between buyer and seller
- Resolve disputes in a fair and transparent manner
Styliiiish’s decision in dispute cases is final.
8) Prohibited Items & Conduct
Sellers may not list:
- Counterfeit or stolen items
- Items they do not own
- Content that violates laws or platform rules
Any violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
9) Limitation of Liability
Styliiiish acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for seller misrepresentation beyond provided verification, or for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
10) Governing Law
This Marketplace Policy is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
